畢業于中國民族大學婁老師自幼熱愛音樂，6歲開始學習古箏。

畢業后考入山東省煙臺文化館工作。

曾因工作成績優秀由單位推薦到山東藝術學院音樂系。（古箏專業師從山東派代表韓庭貴）大專曾因工作成績優秀調入國家及省部級重點中專山東省煙臺藝術學校任專業古箏教師。持有中等職業學校教師資格證。

第九屆全國中等職業學校文明風采指導教師一等。

中國音樂學院、中國文化報社、中國教育電視臺舉辦，東方青少年藝術明星評選獲優秀園丁獎。中國關心下一代工委、中國輕音樂學會中國關愛成長藝術團團員全國評選獲優秀教師獎。演奏《綺麗的冬》獲全省五個一精品獎。曾代表全市出訪韓國文化藝術交流。論文《亦談古箏彈奏方法的教學》，《古箏藝術的傳統繼承于創新發展》在新課程改革與實踐中發表并獲一等獎（國家級刊物）山東省第二界少數民族文藝調演古箏獨奏《瑤族舞曲》獲二等獎。連續5年榮獲中國音樂家協會考級優秀指導教師獎。曾被電視臺晚報日報等媒體做過專題采訪。所教的學生每年都以優異的成績考入全國各大院校。
